What is Pasabay?
Pasabay connects people who need something sent with travelers flying the same way. The traveler carries it in their luggage, or buys it there and brings it.
Is it free?
Yes. Pasabay is free for senders and travelers. No fees.
How do I send something?
Post what you need and where it goes. Travelers on that route offer to bring it. Pick one and agree on the details in the chat.
How do I earn as a traveler?
Post your trip and the kilos you can spare. Senders on your route ask you to carry, or you offer on their requests. You agree on the reward together.
Can a traveler buy something for me?
Yes. Choose "Buy it for me there". The traveler buys it new, keeps the receipt and brings it to you.
How does payment work?
Pasabay holds no money. You settle the reward directly with the other person, then confirm it in the app.
How is a delivery finished?
The traveler taps Yes on "Handed over or sent?". The sender is then asked if they got their things.
What can't I send?
Anything on the prohibited items list. The traveler checks items unsealed before carrying them.
How do I know who to trust?
Look for Verified under a name: their ID was checked, or Pasabay vouched for them. Read their reviews too.
Why can't I see their review yet?
Reviews stay hidden until you both post one, or 14 days pass. That way neither of you is swayed by the other's review.
What is a Founding member?
One of the first 500 members to complete a Pasabay. They keep the badge and their number.
How do I earn ₱100?
Complete your first delivery with a verified ID. You get ₱100 by GCash, and so do the other person and whoever invited you.
How do I block or report someone?
Open their profile or your chat with them, tap ⋯, and choose Block or Report.
